General Care Discussion :: Sticky thermometers

Taking care of your turtle's overall health.

Post Posted: Sun May 04, 2008 2:35 am   Sticky thermometers

I have had one of those sticky thermometers in my tank for about a year now and I just went to remove it and it sort of ripped apart and it won't all peel off of the tank. It isn't in the water but I want to make sure it won't harm my turtle.

I just use a razor blade to get the excess off and wrap a wet towel under it in your hand to catch whatever falls off. :) It should be ok!
