i just set up a new tank and was wondering when to put my turtle back in the water is at 78 degrees

You can put him back right away. I usually wait about 10 minutes to let the water conditioner circulate through.

You may also want to cool the water down a bit to about 76 if it's an adult turtle.

hey nalmost a year old i went from a 20gal to 46 gal think he will be ok
