I was wondering how long time will it take after the mating before the female will lay eggs?
my male and one of the females (maybe both) have been extremely friendly lately after I got a new aquarium. they have mated before and laid eggs before, but I want to be more prepared, when shes gonna lay eggs.

They don't necessarily need to mate to lay eggs. Females living alone will lay eggs too. Are you planning on keeping the eggs? What are you planning on doing with all those baby turtles?

I am well aware that females can lay eggs without having a males company, I have gotten unfertilized eggs before.
I am simply asking when will she lay eggs if she gets gravid so I can be more repaired to handle them.
