Is there anything wrong with my turtles shell it has had this for a while.Here are some pictures.

im no expert here about shells, but i dont see any fungi or things like that.
it does look like your turtle is in need to shed. thats why it may seem like his scutes are about to fall off, its because he needs to shed.

What is it that you're concerned about? It looks like he's due for a shed, as Raphulk said, but i don't see any problems.
