What kind of worms are ok to eat for RES?

I would use earthworms but mealworms are ok to

Mine enjoy earthworms, horn worms, silks, butter worms. They only get one such item per week, max.

Hurley loves Meal worms and we are planning to try him on butter worms once we order them for the leopard gecko.

I agree with limiting them to once a week or so.

Mealworms really don't have that much protein; they also have very little nutrition (and feeding them frequently will work against calcium absorption). They're also very hard to digest.

The other worms mentioned are fine, my turtles mainly get earthworms.

I've read of some people feeding superworms, they're really big though, so watch that your turtle doesn't choke trying to get them down.

So superworm is ok? I just dont want my RES get sick

Not sure if this is true or not but I heard mealworms can actually eat through the stomach of a baby turtle.
