the best thing to do is just provide a proper diet and proper set up. if all of that is the way it should be there shouldnt be any growth problems

Nothing to maximize growth, no. Growth and final size are due to numerous factors, including genetics. You may already have a smaller turtle no matter what you do to make them grow more. Other factors are environment and food.

If you feed too much protein, your turtle will get bumpy and show significant pyramiding, which is bad. If you feed too many veggies, your turtle will have icky poo. You could try feeding a high quality pellet, like Mazuri turtle pellets, and make sure your turtle has adequate cuttlebone on hand for eating.

Also, please stop posting in capital letters. Capital letters imply yelling, and I've noted that many of your posts include capital letters.

One of the main things that stunts turtle growth is a poor diet. So long as you're feeding a balanced diet you should have a lovely full grown turtle.
Like others have said, don't overfeed because you'll shorten your turtle's lifespan and you'll give them an ugly disfigured shell with the pyramiding.
