How old are they and how much are you feeding, because there seems to be some pyramiding. I would take size and weight measurements of your turts if possible...

1.5 years old, i feed them...once a day, no more than 4 pellets each

Argh, these turtles keep getting even confusing by the day!!!!!

They appear to be bigger than 3" and I think I see male characteristics already. The pyramiding I see is minor, so if you offer a correct diet, then your turts should be fine.
Are you sure they are getting 4 pellets? That isn't much... either way, you should carefully monitor how much protein they are given and you'd want to offer more veggies. Are they getting alot of treats and feeder fish? I would cut that down.

Do a search for pyramiding, you'd get some more detailed info.

When was the last time they shed? It looks like a good shedding would help a lot. Do they have proper lighting (UVB and heat lights)?
