i am currently using the mercury vapor blub. my female turtle, when basking, scratches or does some kind of twitch once in a while. however, my male turtle is fine when basking.

should i be worried?

its normal situation for female res doing that scratching or shaking action when they go up for basking. My female always does it.

me too.. first i just think its because tick or flea. but no... hehe

turtles do not have fur la James, how come there would be tick or flea.. you so funny la~! or maybe aqua tick or flea? hihi

yeah i know haha, but land turtle have tick or flea on their leg
