they are both eating and basking fine

Take a look at the last sentence in your post. I'm assuming there's a typo there.

Check your water temp with a thermometer. Cool temps is one common reason a turtle looses his/her appetite.

For 2 inch turtles, a tank temp of 78 isn't bad. You can leave it where it is for now.

How do the eyes look on the turtle that won't eat - any sign of swelling or irritation? Have you noticed him yawning a lot or breathing with his mouth open? Does he seem as lively as he usually does? Is he pooping normally?

What have you been trying to feed him?

Depending on how often you feed them, they might already be full! Try to give them live prey, since most turtles won't be able to resist!
"So, are you obsessed with turtles?"
"I would say so.."

ok so the turtle had started eating again and then stopped!!but now they are both not eating!!

They are basking normally or maybe a little more, not sure since ive had to work more this past week,

both of theyre eyes look fine, havent noticed them yawn, just that thing where they open theyre mouth when i put the food in front of them

they are not picky eaters and always happy to eat and always want more

my next day off of next week we are heading to the vet, just wanna see if i can do something before going or if can fix it.

its our bday on sunday 8( (i got them on my bday last year so thats theyre official bday too)

Like my babies, they won't eat the pellets when I stay and looked at them. Maybe they need privacy to eat their meals.. :D so I have to leave them and come back 10 minutes later and see all the pellets is gone!

Just a bit curious, is it normal, after the babies had their pellet and go to basking area and sleep? They eat normal (5 -6 pellets) and pooped very well. But a bit worry because they like heavy sleepers.. after eat then sleep. open their eyes, eat then go back to sleeps. My other older turtles isn't act like dat when they was babies.
