I don't know, but I do know it's not good to put turtles native to different geographical areas together...RES are native to the U.S. and your Pink-belly is native to Australia and New Guinea. The pink-belly is a tropical turtle and the RES is not; the pink-belly needs warmer water than the RES, and I'm thinking you're going to have to pay more attention to keeping the water cleaner for the pink-belly or he'll develop problems. I wouldn't keep them together.

Mikey624, go back and re-read the care sheet on your turtle on the austinsturtlepage site. It says under Community Habitat that your new turtle "is a great turtle for community habitats, but only with other Elseya and Emydura species." RES are neither of these. Now two babies aren't that likely to hurt each other, but there are some significant differences between them, and in the interest of giving each the best of care, it doesn't seem that keeping them together would be a good thing to do.
