ok so while i was at work my fiancee noticed pixi basking but this time she had all 4 legs out and her head fully extended but laying on the dock... is this normal for an RES or does my baby need a vet???

Pix-d Getting stretched out is good, drooping is bad. When they do that they are soaking up the rays and drying out.

Do make sure the basking area isn't too hot, it may overwhelm smaller RES.

mine stretch out in weird ways liek that too. the first time i saw it i was like "why is my turtle doing pilates?"
