Other Turtle Discussion :: Fish?

Hey, i'm joining the Chesapeake Marine Aquaria Society (marine stuff). I'm pretty much wondering if anyone here has any marine tanks (marine=saltwater), reef tanks, that stuff and how its going for you.I'm actually getting about $600 worth of equipment donated to me from various members. So, any imput on marine or reef tanks would be appreciated

I haven't had one myself but if you do get one get a yellow tang for me and call it Bubbles! (pretty please) I can't have a marine tank and I've always wanted a yellow tang. Plus they are so cute. The only thing I can think of is that basically the have the same thing we do for our turtle tanks, they have snails, shrimp, and the likes so it shouldn't be that hard to maintain.

yeah, for now i can't get a tang, i need a 75-125 gallon aquarium for a tang, but if i get one that size, i'm putting the turtles in it and using my 50 for a marine tank for now, i get a 20L and a LOAD of supplies for free, so, better than a lot of stuff . And i will name one fish bubbles for you, probably a clown fish

i like the clown fish and there's some blue fish with a yellow tail that i don't know what it's called but it's very pretty.

thats a tang, i'm pretty sure thats a purple something tang.

is it the dori fish from finding nemo? shes a purple tang.
