Hi, my turtle is outdoor(medium gallon with 1/4 fill water). Age around 3 years.
She has a brown dust on her shell & under maybe its the feeding's dust, only a small amount of this is remove when she is under the sun. I clean her shell with brush and cotton. But it not effective and it is very difficult to hold it and at same time clean her and she seem angry when i clean her with the brush.
Please can anyone give me some advise how to clean her shell and under, and also how to hold her.

How big is medium gallon? I'd gently clean the shell let dry and post some new pics. It's possible the white scutes have some fungus, but it usually follows a pattern.
