this is hilarious, well i got m,y fluval 405 installed, which circulates and cleans the water a whole lot better than the 3plus that i used to have, well Im having a hard time on which direction to point the output hose. Its a 40 gallon tank and Im not really looking to upgrade the tank until I get out of the Marine Corps which is in about a year and a half and is the tank too small?? I thot the recommendation was two - three times larger but anyways, i noticed Atreyu was trying to swim to the other side of the tank only he couldnt, he was swimming in place and i was confused and saw that the output hose is pointed in his direction, it seems that they have to swim extra hard to get there or anywhere they wanna go. I was thinking about changing the direction but then i was thinking hey it might be good exercise so im posting here to get some guidance. Maybe if he does it again ill get it on video so you guys can see
If swimming to the other side of the tank is such a struggle, I'd aim the output hose in such a way that he doesn't have to contend with the current every time he tries to swim.
