the only trick my turtle can do is i have trained him to eat directly from the containter or pellets. its really cute! he will also eat food out of my fingers, such as freeze dried shrimp.
i was wondering if anyone else has gotten their turtles to do any other tricks or cute cool little things like that id like to know what else to try!!

here is a pic i thought it was cute

My turts are expert beggers, but then I am pretty sure that almost everyone else can claim the same, lol.

Be careful hand feeding. When he/she gets bigger there could be a problem distinguishing fingers and food and you could get bit. I'm sure it won't feel good. lol

My Sheba is a large RES (11 inches) & is VERY rambunctious when it comes to eating. Occasionally I buy a little can of "Fancy Feast" cat food (salmon or some other kind of fish variety) and she eats the food from a baby spoon! It's adorable & saves my fingers!

Sometimes I take her out of the tank & play little games with her in my living room, like I will crawl & follow her around the house. Then I will call her, crawl away, and she will follow ME around the house. It's hilarious! We have fun.
Kristin's Pond! Starring:

African Clawed Frog = "Prog", 10 yrs old
& "Kristin" as Momma

Mr. Turtle will jump up above the water to take pieces of grape or strawberry from my fingers. Although I think the jumping is mostly because he's a little piggie and gets spastic when he sees food he loves like fruit! LOL
