Feeding and Nutrition :: Help! My baby turtle won't eat

It's been five weeks since my turtle ate. And I tried feeding her vegetables, raw fish, fruits, guppies, and other edible food for turtles, but it didn't work
Is it possible because it's summer here?
Her aquarium is 14 inch long and 6inch width. She have a dry area where she can bask and a lamp at night. Her water is around an inch high. She is around 2 inch big.
She used to swim a lot, but now she always stay in land and sleep. And sometimes when she sees me she unusually bobs her head back and forth. ?

How warm is it? How long have you had her? 5 weeks is a very long time, I think you need to see a vet. To give her a boost, try soaking her in a mix of water and unflavored Pedialyte (1:1) and leave in some crumbled up turtle pellets in there. Good luck!
