Is this their only basking area?

Now that it's bigger and can be seen better, their shells appear to be somewhat wrinkled...Are they retaining scutes? What are they being fed?

(It's still a cute pic, though).

I think it may be the Pichure? But i'm not sure? What are Scutes? They Eat Pellets. I am trying to get them to Eat Veggies but they don't want them.

On that basking area it doesn't look like they can dry off thoroughly enough, which they need to do.
