there is another problem.
the video doesnt work anymore, it loads but then it says error.
steve, if you did save it on your computer, than we should still be able to see it.
but if you saved it on your profile, it could be gone.
or it is just my computer that cant load up the vid propally.
i hope it is just my computer for the poor turts sake!

it may be your computer. mine's not showing any videos at all right now, but once i do a reboot they'll probably show up.

they're very temperamental machines.

yaeh i no, it probably is my computer.
im on it everytime , everyday.
so i guess it doesnt have that much rest.
i just do everything so fast, so i have a lot of spare time.
so i research and spend my day with mates, this website, doing research and spending more time with my turts.

no i didnt get the ip... I told her that they were tracking it, to scare her. I have no idea how to find an ip... the only thing I can think of is one of those myspace profile trackers... so you can see when people look at your page, If I put one of those on my page, and SHE has one two, I will be able to see her IP. But its a long shot, cause you need the same profile tracker, she has to have it too, and she has to look at my page.

does anyone know how to get her ip??

I sent an abuse report to MySpace directly (there's a link at the bottom of the page). They are the ones who really need to archive that video since they are the only ones who can prove that she is the person who uploaded them. But also having her face right in the video is pretty condemning too.

Someone should report this directly to the ASPCA in this girl's home state. A report should also be filed with the FBI and the Dept. of Justice. These are the proper authorities to report internet crimes to, according to the ASPCA. They have the resources to find out who the real person is.

Cruelty to animals is a crime in this country (thank goodness for that). It should be reported and dealt with like any other crime.

I can't recall that any of our active members are from Arkansas. I have a niece in Arkansas. I'll see if she'll report the incident but she may not be willing. Her husband's in the state legislature and they tend to be very selective as to the issues they take on.

Texas is a neighbor of Arkansas and I'll try to report it if we can't find a "native". I have no constituents to worry about!

Yea, that's the problem. If it were a big ol' nasty corporation that was abusing furry little puppy dogs or baby seals, it would get resolved quickly. But a little girl from Arkansas torturing her baby turtle...may not get the attention that it should.
