that is odd, after seeing your post i tried it on several different computers and even my apple tv and it all worked.

The heater guard was a separate item? Thanks for the tip about the moss mat, it should be helpful. Perhaps we should start a YouTube channel

Yes the guard was separate. this is the exact one i got: http://www.amazon.com/Plastic-Detachabl ... ater+guard it comes in six different sections so you can add or remove sections to fit your heater. the suction cups are a little difficult to insert into the guard when the heaters in, but for 5 bucks it does a good job! you should totally create a turtle talk youtube page!

Cool, thanks for the link. I've only seen some on eBay, glad to know there are options available. I'll think about a page... it's worth looking into
