I agree, can't help since I'm out of the country. Anywho, thumb of rule is 1" of shell length = 10 gallons of tank. So a 10" turtle should have a 100 gallon tank.
That's a cool tank and basking area! If you're not sure what size the tank is in gallons, but you can measure the dimensions in inches, there's a calculator here: http://www.redearslider.com/calculator.html (there are others you can find on Google that do centimeters too, if that's easier).
