Feeding and Nutrition :: Arugula?

Turtle diets and eating habits discussed here.

I've noticed that a couple of people feed their turtles Arugula, but I haven't seen anything about it on the Nutrition pages. How often would it be okay to feed it to them?

I just got some cheap at the grocery store, but I wanted to make sure it was okay to give it to them.

Yes, it's OK as part of the diet. My turtles like it once in a while.
