I think cutting down on the pellets would be a good idea.

For now I give them both about 6 pellets a day, and I keep greens in the tank for them to eat when they feel like it. Sometimes they don't even touch the pellets cause they eat so much of the greens through out the day. And thats the "baby" brand of reptomin.

Just wanna make sure, 6 pellets a day each? Come to find out he was getting 6 in the morning and 6 in the evening when I wasn't home. Nice to know he was getting wayyy over fed buy someone who just can't resist Red's begging. lol. I was shocked to find out.

Thats not as bad as mine started out. I was feeding them both in the morning and evening upwards of almost 10-12 pellets. Booger would do his best to eat it all and he grew rapidly first month and I noticed that..did research on here and cut it back drastically. Snot for some reason only ate a few pellets. Guess hes dieting. :p I have some pictures from a few weeks ago around the time he hit the 2 inch mark and you can see it in his shell lines that he grew really fast. Now his scutes are nearly normal and not as bumpy. It'll take a little while but if your turtles are still little they should return to normal some what if you catch it now. :)

Heres a couple pictures with the Ghost Shrimp.

Boogies is trying his best to catch them, you can see one along the right side of the picture boarder. lol

And heres the best one I could take of an up close one. I'm not even sure the camera can sense them to focus correctly.

I had a great pic that turned out blurry, was so upsetting. Booger tried to bite one and the shrimp shot up above him and then sat on his shell while he looked around. Ahh man I wish I could have got that pic.

That would have been a great picture! I can barely see them at all.

Hehe, yeah I guess thats why they're "Ghost" shrimp. :p Much easier to see w/the human eye but the camera can't seem to find them to focus correctly. :p
