got one today..he cleans really good!..but i was wondering if anyone know what their poop looks like?...lol..random i know, but i was saying in another post how the plecos pooped a lot, and i started thinking how much the snails would poop, and i was thinking the snails were cleaner..do they even poop?..haha

(sorry if this is in the wrong section/thread)

yup they poop

It should look like small tube-like chunks...

I've heard aquatic snails breed like crazy. Some can even breed by themselves....:shock:

Yup, so be prepared to have a whole civilization of them living in your tank maybe :)

lol..thats crazy!.. it would be crazy if that does happen to me!.haha..does their poop resemble RES poo?...like the diameter?...cause i think i basted some out already..

I have one of those tiny pest snails- my husband wanted to keep him as a pet when I got rid of all of them from my fish tank (named him Frank :) ) his poo is tiny little curly things and he produces ALOT of it...we clean out the little tank for him every other day, but i saw your snail its much bigger......so in short i have no idea, just wanted to share i guess :)
